Honey panel (M - Mom): The Honey or M Panel is the main component of the FUVI® Honey Slab MDC System. The Honey Panel is a composite panel made from HDPE plastic and steel. The M panel’s face and its 4 sides are made from one-shot plastic injection molding; designed with a smooth panel surface and a high strength, ribbed back structure (similar to the EH panel) and fitted to accept an internal, rust-resistant steel frame. This internal steel frame replaces the primary and secondary steel box-section beams used to support the EH and MPP panels. The panel-to-panel connections provide nearly seamless joint lines. Thus, Honey slab system will require no additional supporting beams or frames across the typical span of two Honey shoulder panels (1250mm). This saves time and money. The advantages of the Honey Panel include: (1) higher panel strength, (2) lighter system weight, (3) lower system and installation costs,(4) smaller connection lines on the poured concrete surfaces between two panels due to the tightly-connected plastic-to-plastic body components, and (5) faster erection times. |

Honey shoulder panel ( D – Dad ): The Honey Shoulder or D Panel is an integral part of the Honey Slab MDC System. The panel design of the Honey Shoulder Panel is similar to Honey Panel design but differs in that it has two shoulders to support integration with other Honey Panels. Thus, the Honey Shoulder Panels give flexibility to Honey Slab MDC System allowing it to adapt varying configurations and multiple applications. |

Honey Drophead ( C –
Children ):
The quickness of the FUVI® Honey Slab MDC System is due to
the innovative design functionality of the Honey Drophead or C member.
The Honey Drophead is comprised of a core bar, a small plastic panel
head (that supports the concrete slab at all times), and, an outer
shoulder (that supports adjoining Honey Panels). Both the Drophead and
outer shoulder are made of special plastic, while the core bar is made
of high-strength steel (typical of common slab support props). When the
Honey Panels are removed (by releasing and sliding the outer shoulder
down the supporting core bar), the Honey Dropheads remain in place to
support the full weight of the concrete slab above. Because the newly
poured concrete slab is continuously and fully supported, the outer
shoulders can be safely dropped within days of a pour to allow the easy
removal of all Honey Panels (M and D) without sacrificing concrete slab
support during slab curing phase. Net, when using the Honey Slab MDC
System, there is no longer a need to wait 14 days for the slab concrete
to cure before removing the slab formwork to move it to the next level
or location. |

The FUVI® EH Drophead Slab/Beam System has the same cost advantages as the Honey Slab MDC System allows: (1) easier formwork constructability, (2) faster formwork erection/removal speeds, and (3) the ability to reduce formwork costs and improve slab installation scheduling. The Drophead design allows for lower formwork investment costs (i.e. invest in one (1) slab set instead of three (3) sets). The FUVI® EH Drophead Slab/Beam System is available internationally, as well as, in Vietnam for all applications of slab and beam construction. |

Slipforming is the ultimate liftcore formwork system that
balances speed while minimizing cost. Slipforming is a guaranteed
time-saver for providing repetitive shear wall and liftcore
construction.
The FUVI® EH Slipform System comprises a variety of
rigid steel-framed platforms, 25mm EH Formface Panels, high-strength
plastic, vertical whalers, high quality, hydraulic jacks and a state of
the art control system for uniform lifting and precision operational
control. Unlike steel- or
plywood-formfacing, the FUVI® 25mm, HDPE EH Formface Panel is
lightweight and minimizes friction during operation to deliver the
highest quality, smoothest concrete surfaces in the industry. Because of
the light weight EH panels, the EH Slipform System hydraulics is more
cost effective than the larger system hydraulics required for steel- or
ply wood- formface slipforms. Slipforming provides rate of rises that
can exceed 7-8 meters per day, (24 hour slide) or 2.5-3 meters per day
(day shift only) resulting in reduced construction periods and cost
savings.
The FUVI® EH Slipform Systems can accommodate the
requirements of the most complicated structures. Openings, tapering
profiles, reductions in wall thickness and large embedment can be easily
accommodated using various configurations and blockouts without
sacrificing speed, quality, and/or safety. The EH Slipform System is
designed for simple maintenance / cleaning operations to ensure no loss
in schedule due to unforeseen down time. Although the benefits are many,
the most important benefit of the EH Slipform System is its ability to
change its configuration, wall width, and panel face faster and cheaper
than the either the more costly steel- or less environmentally-friendly
plywood formfaced slipform systems. |
