MPP FORMFACE PANEL SYSTEM

The MPP Formface System is first generation of our products with 50mm thick panel profile. The MPP is the recommended panel system for traditional slabform applications . The following advantages has been proven over the past 10 years in Vietnam:

EH FORMFACE PANEL SYSTEM

EH is another Formface Systeml, with a 50mm thick panel profile. The EH comes in a wider range of sizes , up to 2,000mm

The EH panels can be adapted very well to the majority of commonly available support systems so it is recommended for wider applications. including wall forms, colunm forms and slab forms.

Honey Formface System

Honey Formface System is one of our new products, a very user-friendly formface for beam applications. It made of special plastic with 18mm thickness.

Honey Formface can be used in harmony with plywood. The “stubborn places” such as beam ends/corners become easy with Honey Formface.

The advantage over plywood is that it can be used over 100 times, without cutting and surface quality degradation.

Honey MDC slab/beam System

  The Honey Slab/Beam MDC System is one of new patented FUVI’s inventions . It comprises Honey M Panels ( Mom ), Honey D Panels (Dad ), and Honey C Dropheads (Children). The Honey MDC System is most recommended for slab/beam applications in high-rise construction. The MDC System offers distinct advantages :
 
 (1) Cost effective per use,
 (2) Fast and safe instalation/dismantlement,
 (3) Short formwork cycling times,
 (4) Less material on site,
 (5) Handling transportation availability


1- Honey M Panel: The Honey M Panel is a composite panel made from plastic and steel. The Honey M panel’s face is made from one-shot plastic injection molding; designed with a smooth surface and a high strength, ribbed back structure (similar to the EH panel) and fitted to accept an internal, rust-resistant steel frame. This internal steel frame replaces the primary and secondary steel box-section beams used to support the EH and MPP panels.. Thus, Honey slab system will require no additional supporting beams or frames across the typical span of two Honey D panels (1500mm).

2- Honey D Panel: The Honey D Panel has two shoulders to support integration with other Honey M Panels.

3-Honey C Drophead: The quickness and effectiveness of Honey MDC Slab/Beam System are due to the innovative design functionality of the Honey C Drophead . It is comprised of a core bar, a small Head (that supports the concrete slab at all times), and, an outer shoulder (that supports adjoining Honey D Panels). Both the Head and outer shoulder are made of special plastic, while the core bar is made of high-strength steel
   By releasing and sliding the outer shoulder down the supporting core bar, the Honey M and D Panels are removed While the Head remains in place to support the full weight of the concrete slab above.
  Because the newly poured concrete slab is continuously and fully supported, the outer shoulders can be safely dropped within 2-3 days of a pour to allow the easy removal of all Honey Panels (M and D) without sacrificing concrete slab support during slab curing phase. Net, when using the Honey MDC System, there is no longer a need to wait 14 days for the slab concrete to cure before removing the slab formwork to move it to the next level or location.

HONEY S SLABFORM SYSTEM

 

 HONEY S (or HONEY SINGLE): is a new and very user-friendly slabform system of Coppha FUVI® . The system has prominent advantages :

 - Using in Harmony with all kinds of scaffolding systems available in the market today .
 - Cost effective
 - Early dismantlement ( after 48hours ) .

 The system consist of unique Honey S panel with 50mm x 500mm x1000mm dimension . It has an indentical shape with EH 500x 1000 panel . The diffrentiation is the special reinforcement steel frame inside the panel . The structure of Honey S assembly is discribed as below :

Shear Wall & Column System

   
 

 Shear Wall System: The Shear Wall System is designed around EH Formface Panel and prefabricated exterior, robotically-welded steel box frames , which is comprised of both vertical and horizontal steel box members. Using 16mm diameter tie rods, the external frame is able to support high lateral pressures. The standard Shear Wall Panels are offered in a standard sizes with convinience for handling and container transportation. 

 Column System: Column System is designed for square and rectangular-shaped columns. Using the same advanced formwork design for Shear Walls, The Column System provides formwork support for high lateral pressures without using tie rods. The horizontal steel boxes may be interchanged with larger sized members or reinforced steel plates depending on the design requirements.

Coppha FUVI® Shear Wall & Column System is designed for convenient transportation and ease of movement because the entire system is designed to fit into a standard shipping container. The benefits of our Shear Wall & Column System are: (1) strong and steady, (2) light weight and simple formwork able to withstand high lateral concrete pressures,(3) speed of erection, (4) low price.

Jumpform System

   
 

  Jumpforms are designed to increase worker safety while minimizing labor and required crane time. The Jumpform System provides one of the most innovative jumpform designs available today. The Jumpform is specifically designed for liftcore in high rise and pylon in bridge applications. The Jumpform comes in either an external or internal configuration.

 Internal Jumpform : The Internal Jumpform also combines Coppha FUVI® Shear Wall System with Hinge corners , super-strong interior frames and platforms , using “Click-Clack” brackets, push – pull props to allow the internal jumpform to safely mount to the internal walls of the liftcore, and, to safely climb or be lifted to next floor level.

Self-climbing External Jumpform/ Facade : The External Jumpform combines Coppha FUVI® Shear Wall System with a Hydraulic Self climbing frame , brackets, platforms , to safely and quickly climb to next floor level.

Slipform System

   

   FUVI® slipform system is the most modern way to construct lift cores for high-rise buildings . The advantage of the system is more obvious with cores over 100 meter height.

   Slipform is a special self- climbing wall form. The differences are :
       - Only one- time installation and erection from the ground.
       - 1.2 meter form height only
       - No tie rods,
       - No opening the form after concreting
       - Climbing and concreting at the same time.

 FUVI® slipform system comprises FUVI® plastic formface and walers , rigid steel yokes, frames and platforms , high quality hydraulic jacks.

 Unlike steel or plywood formface , the FUVI® plastic formface requires very simple mantenace/cleaning , minimizes friction during operation to deliver the highest quality, smoothest concrete surfaces in the industry.
