The New G100 Formwork System

The Advanced Formwork System to construct Table Forms, Foundation Forms, Beam Forms, Column Forms, Slab Forms and Wall Forms. The G100 panel is stronger, endure harder working conditions and longer life re-usage. The panel surface is smooth and precise measurements with every piece for easy fitting and quick assembly. The standard size of G100 system: Panels range from 200mm to 1000mm pieces The standard wall: 3m x 3m. 9 units 1m x 1m to be assembled within the supporting structure. The standard of size for table forms are 2.5 x 5 meter table and 3 x 5 meter table However, pieces can be interchange to fit your specs.

The smooth plastic surface does not bond to concrete, does not require mold oil application, Fuvi smooth surface panel makes the stripping process very easy and require only water cleaning for easy storage. Perfect Fitting Panels


Fuvi Smooth Plastic Surface and Precise Panel is designed to minimize concrete adhesive to the surface of the panel allowing a smooth concrete surface. The panels are tight pin jointed from the back of the panels leaving no gaps, panel joint marks. The panels are also made from hard plastic material to improve the life of the panels.

Panel Assembly with I - Pin Inserts Panels are joint from the back using I- pin inserts. Easy fitting I-pins only require a common hammer.

Concrete Pressure Loading


G100 Panels can withstand high loading pressure based on allocation of the support frame
 
Supporting Frame span distance of 500mm for floor thickness up to 250mm. Supporting Frame span distance of 330mm for loading pressure up to 43KN/m2. Supporting Frame span distance of 250mm for loading pressure up to 10 tons per square meter, e.x large column or wall forms and other infrastructure project requirements.
